Internship - AI Solutions & Analytics

As part of the Customer Supply Management Excellence team, you will undertake projects involving data science, AI agents and automation to support management, customer service and supply chain operations.

### Job Description

In your new role you will:

• AI Agent & Workflow Development: Design and prototype intelligent AI agents and orchestrate complex workflows to solve real-world supply chain challenges.
• System Integration & API Development: Support the engineering of APIs and applications that seamlessly integrate AI solutions with existing internal enterprise systems.
• Data Engineering & Automation: Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and automation scripts using Python and SQL to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Perform advanced data analysis and modeling to derive actionable operational insights that drive decision-making.
• Stakeholder Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to communicate key findings to management and operational teams.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Practical AI Implementation: Gain hands-on experience deploying AI agents and orchestration frameworks within authentic supply chain use cases.
• End-to-End Data Product Lifecycle: Develop a comprehensive understanding of data product development, spanning from data engineering and modeling to deployment and visualization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams to contribute to shared project objectives, enhancing your ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Global Corporate Exposure: Immerse yourself in the dynamics of a global multinational corporation, understanding best practices in scale and compliance.
• Communication & Presentation: Sharpen your professional communication skills by presenting technical project outcomes and strategic insights to non-technical stakeholders.

### Your profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Core Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with demonstrated experience in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• AI & Machine Learning Interest: Demonstrates a passion for AI/ML, with advantageous exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Azure/OpenAI ecosystems.
• Software Development Familiarity: Preferred experience with full-stack development tools including React, JavaScript, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Visualization Skills: Desirable familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau for creating interactive reports.
• Engineering Best Practices: Strong documentation habits and proficiency with version control systems like Git are highly beneficial.
• Internship Duration: Preferred period is November/December 2026 through May/June 2027.
