Overview
Serve as an onsite Project Manager for the Veterans Health Administration, overseeing planning, design, and construction delivery of facility and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Coordinate with VHA leadership, healthcare system representatives, architect-engineers, and contractors. Provide strategic guidance to the Contracting Officer’s Representative, monitor contractor performance, and ensure alignment with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. This role focuses on project oversight, coordination, facilitation, and advisory services without responsibility for design decisions or construction means and methods.
