Failure Analysis Engineer

## What you’ll do:

• Lead failure analysis on 3phase product field issues and report out.
• Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
• Lead failure analysis on APAC field failures, work with cross functional team to get result.
• Report faiure analysis result and communicate internally with team.
• Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team on elaborating FA result.
• Manage priority of FA needs with customer satisfaction.
• Drive internal problem solving and corrective action, enhance customer statisfaction through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem prevention.

## Qualifications:

• Bachalor and above
• 5+ years of work experience
• Electric and UPS knowledge, Testing, ISO & industrial standard
• Effective communication skills, good written and oral English
