Join us as a Construction Site Manager and take the next step in your construction career with a hands‑on leadership role across key projects in Southeast Queensland. You’ll oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and support project delivery from start to finish.

bout the Role:
- Oversee day-to-day onsite activities to ensure safe and compliant site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and support delivery in line with the master program and project budget
- Support and monitor site preparation activities
- Maintain strong safety standards across all site works
- Step in hands-on where required which would suit someone who’s comfortable both leading and getting involved
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or 4 years’ construction industry
- Holding a relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Building & Construction, or trade qualification is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with a cost-conscious mindset, able to manage resources effectively and make sound commercial decisions
- Practical, safety-focused, and confident coordinating and leading contractors onsite
- Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when needed. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools as much as overseeing the work
- Thrives in a site-based environment with changing priorities and varied tasks
