ABA State Director | Multi-State · $250K Base + Uncapped Profit Shares

This is a ground-floor opportunity to drive state launches, forge key relationships, and scale a clinical operation from the ground up — alongside a strong CEO ready to move fast. Key Responsibilities
State Launch & Licensing
- Lead ABA service launches across multiple states, including securing required licensure
- Navigate regulatory requirements and build out operational infrastructure in each new market
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth across markets
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct outreach to expand the company's presence and pipeline in each state
Recruiting & Clinical Buildout
- Drive recruiting efforts for in-patient and home care ABA roles
- Build and scale clinical and operational teams from the ground up
Operations & Execution
- Oversee billing operations and ensure back-office functions run smoothly
- Own projects end-to-end — take initiative, execute with precision, and deliver results
Qualifications
- Background in business development, healthcare operations, or ABA services
- Proven ability to launch and scale new programs or markets
- Strong relationship-building and outreach skills
- Experience recruiting and growing clinical or operational teams
- Highly detail-oriented with a track record of executing on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or home care strongly preferred
