As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our footprint and bring our exceptional service to new clients.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Prospect and build relationships with healthcare facilities, medical offices, dental practices, veterinary clinics, laboratories, and other regulated waste generators
- Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and consultations
- Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Represent the company professionally within the community and industry events
- Track sales activities and opportunities within our CRM system
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Experience
- Previous outside sales experience is preferred but not required
- Recent graduates and emerging sales professionals with drive, energy, and ambition are encouraged to apply
- Experience in healthcare, environmental services, business-to-business sales, staffing, logistics, or service industries is a plus
