Description
The resource will provide support in the following areas:
Enterprise Integration Support
- Provide advice and analytical support to help maintain an integrated, enterprise-level view of digital transition activities
- Support the identification of sequencing considerations, dependencies, and readiness factors across digital domains
- Assist DSG in consolidating inputs from multiple Lines of Effort
Governance and Decision Support
- Support preparation of DG/ADM-level briefings, summaries, and decision support materials
- Provide analysis, options, and considerations to inform governance discussions
- Assist in aligning reporting inputs for senior governance forums
Risk and Dependency Awareness
- Support development and maintenance of an enterprise-level view of risks and dependencies
- Identify potential cross-domain or cross-organizational issues and bring them to the attention of DND leadership
- Assist with documentation of mitigation consideration.
Stakeholder Engagement Support
- Participate in meetings and working discussions with stakeholders across DND, CCG, DFO, Transport Canada, and Shared Services Canada as directed
- Support information-sharing and aligning across organizations
- Assist in documenting issues and points requiring senior attention or decision
Transition Monitoring and Readiness Support
- Support DSG in monitoring progress against planned integration activities
- Assist in assessing transition readiness milestones
- Provide advisory input related to operational continuity considerations
Reporting Support
- Support the development of integrated status summaries and reporting products
- Assist DSG in maintaining a single, coherent enterprise-level view of transition progress for senior leadership use.
For the purposes of this requirement, a large-scale initiative would generally be considered an initiative that:
- Includes both public and private entities
- Involves multiple organizations or stakeholder groups;
- Requires coordination across several interdependent workstreams;
- Has enterprise-wide, departmental, or multi-organizational impacts; and
- Supports critical business, operational, service delivery, or transformation objectives.

The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has at least ten (10) years of experience (within the last fifteen (15) years) supporting enterprise-level digital transformation or large-scale IM/IT initiatives within the Government of Canada, including integration or advisory roles across multiple federal organizations, and experience in at least three of the following domains: networks/infrastructure, applications/enterprise systems, or identity/access management. |

The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten(10), providing strategic advice and decision-support while engaging senior stakeholders (DG/ADM level or equivalent) on at least one large-scale initiative involving multiple organizations, interdependent workstreams, and mission-critical service delivery impacts. |
