  • Run creative reviews and quality gates, providing clear feedback that improves craft, reduces rework, and keeps work moving toward aligned decisions.

  • 2+ years in a lead, manager, player/coach, or creative direction capacity.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-craft creative direction, systems thinking, motion/storytelling capability, and concept-to-execution leadership.
  • Experience translating brand strategy and executive creative direction into cohesive creative outputs, systems, and toolkits.
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI or modern creative workflows for concepting, visual exploration, rapid iteration, or scalable system development.
  • Strong communication, critique, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience building scalable brand systems, templates, motion libraries, campaign kits, event packages, or reusable creative toolkits.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance and quality standards across web, social, campaigns, events, executive communications, and digital experiences.
  • Environmental or experiential design experience, including events, signage, spatial graphics, wayfinding, or activations.
  • Strong motion design, visual storytelling, and executive narrative capability.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility considerations for motion and content, including readability, captions/subtitles, reduced-motion awareness, and clarity across formats.
  • Experience with creative automation, versioning, localization, modular systems, or scaled production workflows.
  • Experience directing external partners while maintaining craft quality and creative alignment.
  • Experience operating in a global matrix or solid-line/dotted-line collaboration model.
