Job Description:
This position is responsible for completing project-based ventures assigned by their manager in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Aid Environmental (ENV) Team in implementing an Environmental Management System (EMS), involving developing SOPs
and documenting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Review appropriate regulatory standards and incorporate information into existing procedures or develop new procedures to
ensure company compliance in documentation.
Assist ENV Team in training to increase awareness and use of the EHS Management System and deployment of such policies
and procedures across designated departments
Develop and conduct inspections to ensure compliance. Document action items and collaborate with the ENV and
Management teams on developing appropriate root cause and corrective actions.
Support ENV electronic database system and documentation.
Support ENV record management
Participate in ENV investigations; contribute towards corrective and preventive actions.
Discover, develop and implement solutions to improve environmental performance of the organization
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and direction
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university. Junior or Senior Status preferred.
Experience: No experience required
Systems: Proficient with Google Systems, Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots
Hearing Protection
Safety glasses
Cut-proof gloves
Latex gloves
Face shield
High visibility vest
Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
