Support the Artwork Operations organization by combining operational execution, analytics, reporting, and process governance responsibilities. Act as a subject matter expert for artwork operational data, KPI measurement, dashboard reporting, and workflow management while ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality standards. Drive data-driven decision making through Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate, and operational analytics, enabling continuous improvement across the Artwork Supply Chain and supplier network. Act as a bridge between Artwork Operations, Business Analytics, and Stakeholder Management functions.

Job Description

Major Accountabilities

Artwork Operations Analytics & Reporting

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Artwork Operations reporting, analytics, and KPI management.

• Support collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of operational KPIs.

• Define, maintain, and govern KPI measurement methodologies aligned with SOPs, SLAs, and business requirements.

• Monitor artwork execution performance and proactively identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, and deviations.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data used for business reporting.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance.

Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards providing end-to-end visibility of Artwork Supply Chain performance.

• Build and optimize data models to support operational and management reporting.

• Develop advanced DAX calculations to enable standardized KPI measurement and trend analysis.

• Integrate multiple data sources to improve reporting quality, visibility, and decision-making.

• Deliver ad-hoc analytical reports and insights to support evolving business priorities.

Process Automation & Digital Solutions

• Develop automated reporting solutions using Advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.

• Create and maintain VBA-based automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Design and implement Power Automate workflows for notifications, approvals, escalations, and data movement activities.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives across Artwork Operations processes.

Artwork Supply Chain & Workflow Management

• Support artwork request assignment activities and creation of CMO entities within agreed timelines.

• Ensure smooth workflow execution across artwork systems and operational platforms.

• Maintain service dashboards, order management frameworks, and operational trackers.

• Support monitoring of artwork lifecycle performance and workload distribution.

Supplier Performance Management

• Monitor supplier service level performance, including: On Time In Full (OTIF), Lead Time Performance, Quality Performance, SLA Compliance

• Support development and execution of supplier improvement plans.

• Lead actions to improve supplier delivery performance and process effectiveness.

• Conduct trend analysis and root cause reviews for recurring supplier performance issues.

Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure system compliance with global quality and regulatory commitments.

• Support implementation of GMP-compliant processes and documentation standards.

• Contribute to process governance, quality investigations, CAPAs, and inspection readiness activities.

• Support updates to SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and governance documentation.

• Establish and maintain master data standards, business rules, process guidelines, and SLA structures within GxP environments.

Continuous Improvement & Project Support

• Identify, propose, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

• Participate in local and global transformation initiatives.

• Support implementation of standardized reporting frameworks and operational excellence programs.

• Apply project management principles to ensure successful execution of assigned initiatives.

• Contribute to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction improvements.

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to gather requirements and understand business needs.

• Present dashboards, operational performance metrics, and analytical findings to stakeholders.

• Collect stakeholder feedback and continuously enhance reporting effectiveness.

• Maintain effective communication across functions, cultures, and geographical regions.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Artwork Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, Operational Excellence, or related functions.

• Experience working within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments preferred.

• Experience supporting cross-functional operational reporting and business intelligence initiatives.

• Experience managing operational KPIs and supplier performance reporting preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: Complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA Macros

• Strong Power BI development experience including: Dashboard design, Data modelling, DAX calculations, Data visualization

• Experience with Power Automate workflow development.

• Experience with reporting databases and data integration concepts.

• Understanding of master data management and governance processes.

• Knowledge of artwork lifecycle management and artwork supply chain processes preferred.

• Working knowledge of QlikSense, SharePoint, and reporting platforms is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pharmaceutical artwork management systems (OneArt or equivalent).

• Understanding of GMP, Data Integrity, and Quality Management Systems.

• Experience implementing digital automation and reporting solutions in regulated environments.
