As a Warehouse & Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for executing and governing inventory and asset verification processes across the ENSC Region. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of inventory and asset records through effective planning, execution, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting activities. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will help drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within inventory and asset management processes.
As a Warehouse & Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and executing scheduled inventory API and asset counts across the ENSC region.
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring cycle count activities.
- Ensuring inventory, asset, and customer‑owned stock counts are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Reconciling inventory variances through investigation of discrepancies and identification of root causes.
- Validating inventory transactions and maintaining accurate records within inventory management systems.
- Collaborating with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Product Line Materials, and Finance teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Preparing and maintaining count documentation, reports, and audit trails.
- Analyzing inventory accuracy metrics and recommending process improvements to reduce discrepancies.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing inventory records and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring inventory verification activities comply with Baker Hughes policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Providing oversight and assurance that inventory and asset verification activities are performed consistently and in accordance with established procedures and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Have knowledge of SAP inventory and asset management, including:
- Material master data
- Stock movements
- Inventory reconciliation
- Be able to utilize SAP reports and transactions to validate inventory records, reconcile stock differences, and maintain data integrity.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Data validation techniques
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately input, validate, and reconcile inventory and asset data.
- Have experience supporting internal and external audits, including providing documentation and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
