Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize slurry formulations to meet customer and market requirements.
- Design and execute experiments using DOE and statistical tools to accelerate product development.
- Lead new product development and localization projects from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with application, product, raw material, commercial, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Analyze technical data, solve complex formulation challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure project execution, EHS compliance, and protection of intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Microelectronics, or a related field, or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in formulation development and DOE-driven product development.
- Slurry formulation or CMP industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with statistical methods such as Six Sigma.
- Track record of developing and commercializing new products in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work with global project teams across different time zones.
