Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the business and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns relevant to Spring Boot.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Spring Boot environments.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of integrating Spring Boot applications with databases and external APIs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
