RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support cross-functional teams in managing contract proposals, tender submissions, and budget processes with meticulous attention to detail.
Coordinate sales activities, from initial opportunity identification through contract execution.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery against deadlines.
Create positive impact by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required
Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Additional professional certifications or training in relevant areas preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational capabilities with focus on meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality control
Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment
Knowledge of commercial sales operations, revenue recognition, and contract management principles
Experience with tender/RFP processes and documentation preferred
Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills valued
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset
Strong customer service orientation with focus on building collaborative relationships
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
