Job Description
Production and Supply Planning
• Closely Working with Forklift Operators to ensure 100% Safety
adherence on Plant WH and Loading Bays.
• Daily monitoring the WH and Workplace Housekeeping.
• Request all required materials from RM warehouse via email as per
the daily requirement from production,
• Receive the raw materials from the NDC RM Site verified physically
and update to the SAP as per machine line leader’s requirement.
• Issue the raw materials to the production as per the raw material
request. HR movement from Plant WH to Shop Floor
• Transfer the finished products to central warehouse with the SAP
delivery order
• co-ordinates with Hauler in order to utilize trucks in cost effective
way for FG/RM movements.
• Arrange the finished goods shipments to the customers directly
whenever required by NDC.
• Return materials (RM & HR) transfer to warehouse with proper
document.
• Co-ordinate with Waste Management Supplier for the garbage container & waste
corrugated carton container pick-ups.
• Maintaining forklift Check list on daily basis and coordination with
maintenance vendor on requirement basis.
• Bailing waste and waste core transfer to warehouse with Document
