What you will do:
1. GPR Preparation & Payment Processing
- Prepare and maintain Goods Processing Reports (GPR) on a daily basis
- Process advanced and normal payments in the system (Automate) for logistics vendors, including for duty, SST & freight.
2. Shipment Monitoring & Coordination
- Track and update incoming shipment status on a daily basis
- Ensure timely coordination with vendors and forwarders for smooth delivery processes.
3. Import Shipment Management
- Arrange and coordinate import shipments from key locations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure compliance with import requirements and timelines.
4. Local Delivery Coordination
- Plan and arrange delivery to customers and internal branches.
- Ensure deliveries are scheduled efficiently and completed within required timeframes
5. Documentation & Filing
- Maintain accurate and systematic filing of all logistics and financial documents, including:
- Goods Receipt Slips (GRS)
- Transfer Posting Slips
- Invoices and GPR records
What we look for:
- Diploma holder in any field.
- Preferably with 1 year work experience in administrative or purchasing work.
- Moderate knowledge and proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Good communications skills, patient with customers and able to converse well in English.
- Fast-learner, and able to do multi-tasking.
- Well-organized and able to keep and maintain good filing system of both hardcopy and softcopy.
