Thomas College Baseball is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time Assistant Coach.
The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the program, including both competitive success and student-athlete development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and sustaining a strong and organized recruiting pipeline aligned with program needs
- Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and individual player development consistent with the Head Coach’s vision
- Contribute to match preparation, including scouting, video analysis, and game-day coaching
- Support team operations, including travel coordination, equipment management, and program logistics
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to student-athlete well-being
- Ensure full compliance with NCAA Division III, North Atlantic Conference (NAC), and Thomas College policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, a passion for player development, and a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive team culture.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally. Must have the ability to work evenings/weekends, and travel with the team as needed.
