We’re looking for a Senior Performance Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-performing digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic. You’ll sit at the heart of a global blue-chip client, shaping how audiences experience a brand across markets and moments.

 

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Performance Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life, from setup through to optimisation and reporting.

 

Campaign delivery & optimisation

• Execute digital campaigns across paid search, social and programmatic
• Manage end-to-end campaign activation including setup, trafficking, tagging and tracking
• Monitor live campaigns, ensuring delivery is on track and optimised to achieve KPIs
• Identify performance opportunities and proactively recommend improvements
• Ensure campaigns are accurate, well-paced and aligned to best practice

 

Client & reporting support

• Support delivery of clear, actionable reporting and insights
• Build a strong understanding of client goals and performance objectives
• Respond to day-to-day client and internal queries with professionalism and speed

 

Collaboration & development

• Work closely with your Manager to QA campaigns before launch
• Coach and support junior team members across tools and reporting
• Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team

 

Team & culture contribution

• Bring curiosity, energy and a continuous learning mindset
• Participate in brainstorms, training and development sessions
• Share platform updates and insights to lift team capability
