About Signadot
Signadot is a Kubernetes-native developer infrastructure company. Our product lets developers and coding agents build and verify microservices at scale using lightweight ephemeral environments on a shared cluster. We are building the verification layer for an era where agents write a growing share of cloud-native code, and we are growing our go-to-market motion to match.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our GTM motion. This is a full-scope marketing ops role, and a core part of it is functioning as a GTM Engineer: someone who builds the automated systems, integrations, and agent-based workflows that make our go-to-market motion run without constant manual oversight. You will take strategy and direction and turn it into repeatable, automated systems — from demand generation flows to operational automations to reporting pipelines.
A core part of this role is being AI-native. We run on agentic tools, and we want someone who is genuinely excited to learn and implement modern AI-native best practices. You will build repeatable agent-based workflows that do real operational work, not one-off experiments. If you have not done this yet but you are hungry to learn it, that curiosity matters more than a finished portfolio.
You will own the day-to-day so that leadership can stay focused on forward-looking strategy and bigger initiatives. That includes task management, campaign monitoring, optimization, and clear reporting upward so we can make fast, informed strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
- Translate strategy and guidance into repeatable, ideally automated operational workflows
- Build and optimize demand generation flows across paid and owned channels
- Design and maintain operational automations that reduce manual work — a core GTM engineering function of this role
- Build and run reporting systems that surface the metrics leadership needs to make decisions
- Monitor active campaigns, flag what needs attention, and drive ongoing optimization
- Own day-to-day task and project management across marketing initiatives
- Build repeatable agent-based workflows using our AI tooling
- Report upward with clear, concise summaries of performance and recommendations
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, GTM engineering, demand generation, or a closely related function
- A systems builder mindset, you naturally turn ad hoc requests into repeatable processes
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tooling, ideally several of: HubSpot, PostHog, Notion, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, X)
- Strong appetite for AI-native ways of working and a track record of, or clear desire for, building agent-based workflows
- Basic project management experience and the ability to own execution end to end
- Comfort with light technical work, or a genuine ability and desire to learn it: setting up a local environment, working with agent skills, and using GitHub
- Clear written communication, especially the ability to summarize complex performance data for decision makers
- Self-directed and reliable, you can be handed a goal and own the path to it
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to a technical audience, especially developers, platform engineers, or DevOps and DevEx teams
- Experience with Claude Code/Cowork
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes or cloud-native ecosystem
- Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools
