The Event Coordinator & Client Relations Associate acts as a central point of contact.Organize, plan, and execute all aspects of the esteemed conference. The Impact
In this role, the successful candidate drives the success of the conference and internal company culture through several key responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Conducts comprehensive research and analysis to optimize event planning. They actively participate in conference-related meetings and pitch innovative ideas to continuously elevate the attendee experience.
- Client Relations & Lead Conversion: Efficiently engages with potential clients, delivers compelling presentations, successfully converts leads, and maintains meticulous lead tracking and insightful reporting.
- Logistical & Vendor Management: Coordinates closely with external vendors and handles comprehensive event logistics, including gift arrangements, invoice management, on-site support, and post-event attendee communication.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintains consistent, effective communication across all departments within the Group to promptly address client requests and inquiries.
- External Conference Oversight: Takes full ownership of the Marketing team's participation in future external conferences, managing ticket and booth bookings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics.
- Corporate Culture Development: Organizes internal company functions, team-building activities, training sessions, and socially responsible initiatives for the Group of Companies.
The Basics
To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Possesses 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Language Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Greek and English. Knowledge of additional languages is considered a distinct advantage.
- Key Competencies: Exhibits exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, quality-driven approach. They must have strong presentation skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to react calmly to emergencies and adapt to last-minute operational changes.
