About this opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to add to our planning team! In this role you will assist with planning freight and equipment across the PAM network.

Pay and Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The pay range is $75,000 - $85,000 dependent on experience

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• Lead the day-to-day execution of the Load Planning team to achieve service, utilization, and profitability goals.
• Coach, develop, and hold Load Planners accountable while providing direction on planning decisions and operational challenges.
• Monitor performance and network conditions to identify inefficiencies, capacity needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Account Management, Market Management, and other teams to align freight, capacity, and customer needs.
• Proactively identify and resolve planning and service issues while driving consistent execution and continuous improvement.
