What you will do:
\- Ensure operational readiness for process activities within the Field Services organization.
\- Monitor and provide quality assessment of third-party performance, cost, and safety.
\- Oversee alterations in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services.
\- Report on the operational performance and adopt measures to enhance the service.
\- Manage transitions and transformations during organizational changes.
\- Provide quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.
