Job Summary

We are looking for a high‑impact Training Manager for Southeast Asia who is passionate about building sales capability across diverse markets, cultures, and customer environments.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening our SEA sales organization by creating, delivering, and continuously elevating practical, high‑impact learning experiences. You will be a hands‑on trainer and facilitator, while also leading training needs analysis, content localisation, and effectiveness measurement to ensure our sales teams are ready to perform—today and for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the SEA Business Reality

  • Partner with regional and country leadership to identify sales capability gaps across different SEA markets and prioritize training needs aligned to business goals.
  • Support the development of regional capability-building strategies that strengthen commercial effectiveness and organizational performance.

Design Learning That Works in the Field

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training programs, workshops, and learning materials that are practical, culturally relevant, and adaptable across SEA markets.
  • Develop learning solutions tailored to audience needs (Sales, Service Technicians, and customer-facing teams), content type (technical, operational, process, digital), and delivery channels (in-person, virtual, and online learning).

Lead and Deliver Training Across SEA

  • Serve as a primary facilitator, delivering engaging and impactful training through classroom, virtual, workshop, on-the-job coaching, and simulation-based formats across the region.
  • Deliver learning solutions for frontline sales representatives, account managers, service associates, sales leaders, and customer-facing teams.

Drive Regional Training Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and support training delivery across multiple countries, ensuring timely execution, strong participation, and consistent learner experience.
  • Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives with speed, discipline, and execution rigor, ensuring programs remain current and aligned with evolving business priorities and innovations.

Turn Learning Into Performance

  • Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators; refine programs to drive application, behavior change, and results.
  • Track key learning metrics including participation, knowledge retention, skill application, capability improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Collaborate Across Functions and Countries

  • Work closely with Sales, HR, and cross-functional teams at regional and country levels to ensure alignment with talent strategies, sales priorities, and organizational direction.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Industry Technical Consultants (ITC), and Global and Regional Training Managers to drive capability development initiatives across the business.

Continuously Raise the Capability Bar

  • Stay ahead of learning, facilitation, and sales enablement trends, bringing fresh ideas and proven practices into the SEA learning ecosystem.
  • Continuously refresh and enhance learning content and programs to support new innovations, product launches, and changing business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Data Centre, Microelectronics, Industrial B2B, or similar technical commercial environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting sales, technical service, or customer-facing teams in a technology-driven or solution-selling environment..
  • Strong grounding in adult learning, facilitation techniques, and experiential training methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end training lifecycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
  • Hands-on facilitation experience (classroom and virtual), ideally with sales, service, or customer-facing audiences.
  • Experience designing learning programs across different learner groups, content types, and delivery formats.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes; customer-facing or commercial experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop, refresh, and scale learning content in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in facilitation, instructional design, or adult learning is a plus.
