  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and operating models in order to identify risk early, propose pragmatic solutions, and embed appropriate controls into business processes.

Strategic Risk Management & Compliance Program Execution:

  • Identify and assess emerging compliance risks arising from changes in the U.S. healthcare, enforcement, reimbursement, and commercial landscape and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Lead or support compliance risk assessments, monitoring, auditing, investigations, and remediation activities relating to U.S. Commercial and Market Access activities.
  • Use monitoring results, business data, industry developments, and other risk indicators to identify trends and recommend enhancements to controls, training, policies, and business processes.
