Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment activities with customers and operations teams
- Prepare KPI and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Verify vendor invoices and manage warehouse supply replenishment
- Ensure accurate and timely system updates and transaction processing
- Support urgent order requests and daily warehouse operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
We are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/logistics administration experience
- Familiar with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working in a warehouse near a chemical plant
- Hands-on and willing to support warehouse operations as required
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
