Who We Are Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in programme management, leadership, or cross-functional team management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex programmes with varied, demanding senior stakeholders and high ambiguity.
- Strong resilience and problem-solving mindset—able to drive results despite challenges and view setbacks as learning opportunities.
- A leadership style that balances empathy, optimism, and pragmatism to ensure high-impact execution.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust and connect with learners, internal teams, and executive stakeholders alike.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple programmes and initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
