NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Your New Role:

• Align strategic direction of Squads across Domains delivering towards the same, complex business outcomes​

• Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues as well as to measure and manage stakeholder expectations ​

• You provide leadership across large scale Business Outcomes, with significant financial investment, broad resource demands, and extended timeframes​

• You develop deep working relationships with a number of vendors across multiple offerings, while operating in a complex stakeholder environment across multiple Domains​

What will you bring:

• Significant experience in project, program, portfolio , or delivery management, with experience in banking and financial services desirable.​

• Experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approach​

• Managing the delivery of large complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple vendors (typically <$30m excluding software & hardware)​

• Building, leading, and managing teams of between 10-100+ people​

• Use of structured program and project management methodologies, inclusive of change management and technology delivery​
