Clinical Nurse Consultant

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration.
• Post-registration qualifications relevant to Endoscopy Nursing or a related specialty area, or working towards same.
• Extensive and contemporary Endoscopy nursing experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Experience supporting staff education, professional development and competency assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement activities, audits and clinical governance initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and person-centred care.
• A commitment toward the mission of UnitingCare and the attainment of the goals of the Nursing Division.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
