You will provide solutions to challenges for your immediate team and across multiple teams, all while embracing the principles of Change Management. Join us in making a meaningful impact and shaping the future together. Shape enterprise transformations by considering technology platforms, functional areas, and industry context. Determine platform selection, optimize costs, and identify value levers to enhance transformation success. Advise on process changes that drive successful transformations and maximize return on technology investments. Design and deliver the initial stages of complex transformation initiatives. Develop and implement innovative technology assets and services tailored to specific industries or functions. Provide guidance on the use of enterprise technology assets during sales and solutioning processes. Build and maintain an external presence by sharing expertise and experience in the market. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Change Management. A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in strategic thinking. Intermediate proficiency in communication skills. Beginner proficiency in stakeholder engagement. Advanced proficiency in problem solving. Intermediate proficiency in project coordination.
