The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Adobe as a Site Operations Manager and be part of an outstanding journey in facilities management. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to coordinate five sites approximately 130k sq ft across Germany and Switzerland, ensuring a world-class workplace experience. You will be instrumental in positive relationships with key partners and lead cross-functional meetings, driving flawless execution of strategies and solutions.
What you'll Do
Act as the primary contact for Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) covering real estate, employee experience, projects, and site operations at designated sites.
Execute the Global Site Operations (GSO) vision, encouraging deep business relationships with senior leaders and business unit teams to proactively address space and services issues.
Lead and coordinate site vendors, including facilities management, food service, wellness, space & occupancy, finance, sustainability, and events teams.
EMEA lead for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) operations
Manage financials, ensuring budget adherence and accurate forecasting.
Balance customer-centricity with operational excellence in delivering site services.
Implement sustainability strategies and lead site-level initiatives.
Act as owner’s rep for all projects, ensuring business and operational requirements are met.
Establish occupancy strategies and manage space utilization effectively.
Collaborate with Employee Experience and IT organizations to improve employee productivity and experience.
Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management and safety, emergency response teams, and business continuity.
Represent and drive the site requirements with landlords and building management
Lead Adobe’s employee community and engagement program (Site Council).
Lead facilities management operations with a hospitality mentality.
What you need to succeed
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. Certifications are a plus.
Experience:
10 years work experience, with at least 5 years in managing and leading site facilities independently, of which 3 years includes managing on the client side.
Knowledge/skills:
Strong collaborative skills with customers.
Strong executive presence and cross-functional team management skills.
Innovation, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.
Outstanding customer service, communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
Strong financial competence (FM related budgeting, forecasting, and controlling) problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong FM knowledge, MEP operations, and vendor management skills
Approach to integrate AI-driven solutions to improve administrative efficiency and daily site operations
