Location: Cheltenham (office based)
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, OTE £30,000 - £32,000

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cheltenham.
This is a customer-focused role supporting both customers and the wider sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, following up quotations, handling enquiries and developing strong relationships with existing customers.
The role includes making professional calls to existing customers to follow up quotations, encourage repeat business and support customer retention. This is a soft sales position with no cold calling and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
- Make proactive calls to existing customers to encourage repeat business and maintain relationships.
- Assist with sales administration activities, including processing customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales team to maintain accurate customer information.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales administration or similar office-based role.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making soft sales calls and following up quotations.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, with On Target Earnings of £30,000 - £32,000.
