As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be directly involved in unlocking potential on the plant floor by democratizing data via our Digital Manufacturing Platform. You will build applications for the Front-Line Workers using state-of-the-art low-code platforms - Tulip, Ignition, and Highbyte
You will be part of a growing team combining IT and OT, which is on a journey to digitally Transform our manufacturing sites, located in USA, Denmark, Poland and Finland.

This position reports to the Director, Global Operations Digital Excellence and is part of the Global Strategic Projects, Operations PMO, and Global Operations Digital Excellence Department located in Brønshøj, Denmark. This is an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Join an exciting new department strategically positioned to set the direction for the future.
- Work globally with people in different countries and have a direct impact on the manufacturing of critical lifesaving medical devices.
- Build applications that bring legacy processes into the 21st century using low-code components, integrated via a Unified Namespace.
- Use, share, and grow your knowledge on creating digital solutions for industrial purposes.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Master's degree in engineering or IT.
- Experience in IT or Operations within regulated industries where software and automation require validation.
- Have hands-on experience with Ignition, Tulip or HighByte, or other similar IIoT platforms and solutions.
- Have proficiency in SQL, Python, and Javascript.
- Have experience with communication protocols like: OPC MQTT and REST API’s.
Travel:
- Ability to travel 5% – we have 6 sites globally
It would be an advantage if you:
- Experience working with agile software development
- Knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLC, including ISA-95/88 standards
