Description
This posting is for the Deputy District Attorney III-IV classification levels and current salary range are as follows:
Deputy District Attorney III: $145,392.00 - $176,737.60 Annually
Deputy District Attorney IV: $170,705.60 - $207,500.80 Annually
- This position is open until filled and submitted applications will be reviewed on a regular basis. The applications of qualified individuals will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for additional consideration.
- In addition to filling the advertised vacancy, successful candidates will be placed on an eligible list that may be utilized to fill future vacancies as they occur.
- The District Attorney's Office participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Deputy District Attorney III
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in the practice of law; One (1) year of experience as journey-level attorney in any county in the State of California or at least one (1) year of experience at a prosecutor's office in the United States.
License: Active membership in the State Bar of California.
