Akicita Federal is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality outpatient primary care to Navajo children and families served by the Indian Health Service at Pinon Health Center in Pinon, Arizona — a rural community at the heart of the Navajo Nation. This is meaningful, relationship-driven work caring for approximately 11,000 patients, many of whom are traditional Navajo speakers, within a close-knit multidisciplinary care team. You'll practice full-scope pediatric and family-focused medicine in an environment that values cultural awareness and community connection.

- Participate in off-site services including the Pinon High School Teen Clinic and community immunization events within the Chinle Service Unit region.
- Document clinical encounters accurately and in compliance with IHS, HIPAA, and facility-specific policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team that includes primary care, women's health, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, physical therapy, and public health nursing staff.
