Bring your energy to Aggreko as Head – Production Planning, Materials & Warehouse, based in Pune. This role will be driving manufacturing planning, S&OP, demand and capacity planning, leading large-scale warehousing, inventory management, and ERP implementation. The incumbent should have proven track record of delivering world-class operational performance, warehouse systems through digital transformation, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:
Integrated Planning & Control: Lead end-to-end production planning and control, including MPS, MRP, and capacity planning, to ensure optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery while also establishing and leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance demand, supply, and inventory.
Manufacturing Execution & Optimization: Drive production readiness, identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (OTIF, DIFOT, schedule adherence, production efficiency).
Warehouse & Inventory Management: Design, optimize, and manage warehouse layouts, operations, and capacity, while also owning end-to-end inventory governance, implementing optimization strategies, and conducting audits across all locations.
Digital Transformation & ERP Leadership: Lead ERP implementation, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations, developing real-time dashboards and leveraging digital analytics for improved planning accuracy.
Global Order Fulfillment & Export Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and export production schedules with logistics and customer service teams to meet global delivery commitments and ensure compliance with international requirements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, collaborate with global stakeholders to align manufacturing strategies, and present performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to ISO, IMS, Safety, and Quality Management Systems, lead internal and external audits, and drive business continuity planning and operational risk mitigation.
You are:
Extensive Experience: Minimum 16+ years in Production Planning, materials, and warehousing leadership within large-scale manufacturing, including proven experience with ERP system setup and stabilization in greenfield projects.
Leadership & Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and effectively interact with stakeholders.
Operational & Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Kaizen, and proficiency in ERP implementation, KPI dashboarding (Power BI), and supply chain digital transformation.
Strategic Financial Acumen: Demonstrated track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and effective budget control.
Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Education & Integrity: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent diploma/degree) in a related field is an added advantage, coupled with a high level of integrity and commitment to fostering a disciplined work environment.
