Role Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven and highly organised campaign marketer to join our B2B Growth Marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support audience growth, customer expansion, and commercial objectives across Wood Mackenzie’s Natural Resources portfolio.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in owning customer campaign management - driving channel performance improvements and journey management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with target personas within whitespace opportunities and move them through the buyer’s journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the execution of integrated campaigns across channels including email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, and nurture flows.
- Work with event operations and sales to drive execution excellence in event planning, on-site execution, and follow-up — increasing ROI from this critical channel.
- Support the execution of webinars and third-party marketing activities, coordinating delivery, logistics, follow-up, and lead handoff processes.
- Partner with digital marketing and media teams to manage paid acquisition efforts, ensure targeted reach into ICP audiences and accounts, and continuously improve tactics through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimisation.
- Own campaign workflow management, including scheduling, task coordination, stakeholder communication, and project tracking.
- Manage campaign setup and deployment activities, including emails, landing pages, nurture programmes, audience lists, and campaign assets.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign governance, lead management processes, and data quality standards are maintained.
- Work closely with sales and lead management teams to support effective lead routing, follow-up, campaign readiness, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor campaign execution and performance in real time, providing regular status updates and highlighting risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track, report, and analyse campaign performance against KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution - using insights to inform post-campaign reviews and future activity.
Requirements
- Experience executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing campaign delivery from briefing through to execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, lead generation programmes, or customer marketing initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to execution excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, matrixed teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns within Natural Resources, Energy, Commodities, Financial Services, SaaS, Technology, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of marketing operations processes, lead management workflows, and campaign automation.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar.
- Experience working within global marketing organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Expectations
This is a hybrid role and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least two days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, though this may be subject to change.
As this is a global role, occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to support international teams, programmes, and events.
