Position Overview
This role focuses on driving operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and developing employee capabilities through structured training programs. This role also includes technical writing in support of new projects and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program Management:
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive on-the-job training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across teams.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer for new processes and tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Team Leadership and Coaching:
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to team members involved in OJT initiatives.
- Mentor employees on best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Develop and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Document Authoring and Revisions
- Write and revise GMP documents including SOPs and Work Instructions
- Manage the document lifecycle in Trackwise Document Management System including drafting, review, approval, revision and archival of new and existing documents in support of new products and processes.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that all training programs and process improvements comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to best practices throughout operations.
General Responsibilities

- Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.

Qualifications
The Candidate
Education, Experience, and Licenses:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or related roles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; Green Belt certification preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering effective on-the-job training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
