Job Description:

As Brokerage Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators. Starting from recruitment process, through day-to-day management and training, audits and reporting, to coaching and developing people. You will be monitoring and supporting the team’s performance, helping team members with their daily tasks and providing feedback.

Our expectations:

• Fluent English is required (written and spoken)
• Very good Italian (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Italian Brokerage Process will be an asset
• High flexibility (Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday)
• Ability to lead different teams and processes
• Stress resistance
• Ability to make decisions under time pressure
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Problem solving attitude
• Good MS Office skills: particularly in Excel, Word and Power Point
• At least 6-month employment track at current position in UPS
