JOB DESCRIPTION

The Contract Pricing and Accuracy Team Lead will oversee a team based in Costa Rica, supporting U.S. contract compliance operations. This role is responsible for managing contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and financial workflows to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies. The Team Lead will drive performance, foster professional development, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Contract Compliance Analysts, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage team schedules, workloads, and task prioritization to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring team performance against key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review progress, set performance goals, and provide feedback.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Contract Compliance

  • Train and support users on the Contract Management system (e.g., Icertis).
  • Oversee the accurate input and maintenance of contracts and amendments.
  • Ensure contract metadata is accurately and promptly captured.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, and deliver training workshops as needed.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track contract compliance, status, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

  • Act as a liaison between business users, business technology teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, process changes, and performance insights clearly and effectively.
  • Support change management efforts tied to process or system enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with focus on contract management, pricing, or compliance.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.
  • Experience with contract management platforms preferred (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

On-site presence is required only when necessary, such as for meetings, trainings, or collaborative activities, in alignment with the company’s telework agreement, which currently requires employees to work on-site three (3) days per week)
