Got customer support experience? Cool under pressure? Fast on chat, sharp on calls, and great with people? You might be exactly who we’re looking for. Bash is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Agents for our peak period between October and December 2026.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help customers across chat, email, voice and social
- Solve problems with empathy, speed and good judgement
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish
- Deliver a great experience while hitting key service targets
- Spot repeat issues and help us keep getting better
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- 6–18 months’ experience in customer support or a contact centre
- Confidence across multiple support channels
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with CRM tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar
- Retail or e-commerce experience? Even better.
