The Difference You Make:
The Specialist, Portfolio Management is responsible for working with the Relationship Manager to develop non-profit relationships by underwriting new loans and participating in the approval process. Accompanies Relationship manager on customer calls.

• Reviews financials.
• Tests financial covenants and compliance.
• Reports regularly on status to Relationship Manager.
• Monitors all expiration dates 90-days ahead.
• Schedule analyst workflow and priorities.
• Provides senior credit analyst support as needed.
• Underwrites credits as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required.

Professional Experience:

• Experience in credit structuring and underwriting and cross selling. - Required.

Skills:

• Demonstrates experience and judgment with credit decisions and analysis.
• Organized and self sufficient.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and writing skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting and experience with all underwriting procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, members, and general public.
• Excellent member service skills.
• Detail oriented, common sense decision-making; above average oral, written and communications skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as profitability and statistical inference.
• Ability to apply concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions, to practical situations.
• Capacity to complete the project on time.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$45,750.00 USD$74,000.00 USD
