Summary:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while focusing on scalability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and quality in software engineering projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow - Now Assist.
- Strong knowledge of custom software architecture and design principles.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring code quality.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
