Job Summary

This role serves as a central point of contact for claims and returns-related customer support, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and issues while ensuring timely, accurate, and effective communication to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on building and sustaining positive customer relationships to support business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Execute claims and returns customer service tasks

• Manage shared inboxes

• Support internal and external customers in SalesForce

• Maintain returns schedules

• Participate in projects

• Daily use of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SalesForce and PowerBI

Degree Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience desired

What You Have:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Inventory Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
