Job Description Summary
The Senior Technical Program Manager for Wind Blade Repair Development Engineering will lead and coordinate key programs supporting repair development, process readiness, and scale-up initiatives. This role partners across Engineering, Fleet Performance Engineering, Sourcing, and Services to drive execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across repair development activities. The successful candidate will bring strong program management discipline, cross-functional leadership, and process improvement capability, with the ability to support both strategic priorities and day-to-day execution in a hands-on technical environment.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate programs within Wind Blade Repair Development Engineering.
- Drive program execution through planning, prioritization, action management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support budget planning and management for assigned programs.
- Partner with the team on problem solving, planning, and execution support.
- Own and maintain action tracking to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and help drive team operating rhythm.
- Participate in and support shop trials, including coordination and follow-up.
- Support WDI updates and related program communications/documentation.
- Generate and support ECR/ECOs, as needed.
- Partner with Sourcing and Services Procurement to support program execution and scale-up readiness.
- Support development and execution of PFMEA activities.
- Develop and maintain process maps, control plans, and Cycle Time / Value Stream Mapping (CT/VSM).
- Own training material development and support train-the-trainer efforts.
- Establish structure and expectations for documentation, including capturing work output and lessons learned from trials.
- Support technical teams by capturing media, process data, and related documentation.
- Take on technical assignments, as needed, to support team objectives.
- Provide training and mentorship for Program Managers.
- Support Repair BOM activities, including initial definition, sourcing checks to verify suitability for scaling, and handoff support to Services Procurement team.
- Support ECR/ECO activity for part number creation in PLM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related technical environments.

- Demonstrated experience working with teams to collaborate, influence others, and achieve desired project goals.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with engineering, manufacturing, repair development, or process improvement programs.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, process mapping, control plans, and value stream mapping.
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology & tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to drive structure, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing training materials and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with composite materials and processing.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
