LSI currently seeks a Resettlement Supervisor to lead the resettlement of refugee populations, through our Refugee and Immigrant Services programs in Waterloo, including but not limited to resettlement, employment and case management.
What You'll Do
The Resettlement Supervisor plans and implements programming, coordinates core service delivery, supervises staff, ensures program goals are met, and satisfies budgetary, compliance and reporting responsibilities according to contract standards. Guide the implementation of the program and ensure all core services are completed in a timely manner including the provision of safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, airport pickups, home visits, school enrollment, domestic health assessments, and access to public benefits. Manage relationships with internal and external partners necessary for the effective delivery of services.
Service provision oversight and support may occur during normal business hours, after hours, or on weekends.

What You'll Need
Required: Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and 2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates with the language skills to meet the needs of clients is preferred, but not required.
