We are seeking a highly motivated Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, helping drive digital transformation across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable applications that improve operational efficiency and deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, data flows, and operational needs.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions following established development standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, testing results, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in application lifecycle activities, including development, testing, release management, and post-deployment support.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, databases, and other business applications when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to support business productivity and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business objectives.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, application development, or business process automation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- SQL / Relational Databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for learning new technologies and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, or Azure services.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user-centered design principles.
- Programming experience in Python, VBA, JavaScript, or other development languages.
- Understanding of ERP processes and enterprise business systems.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related industries.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
