The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our team in Bangkok. You will join a team of highly driven people who use processes, systems, and data-driven insights to support talent development, performance management, and organizational capability—from individual employees and teams through to the enterprise level—while keeping accountability with employees and their managers.
This role offers broad exposure to how the company operates and the opportunity to contribute to organizational performance. Working with HRBPs and business leaders, you will help analyze and understand talent needs, support effective people decisions, and connect talent priorities with current and future business needs.
You will contribute to work across performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, growth and organizational design. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts—including Learning & Development colleagues where capability-building solutions are needed—to support practical talent approaches and provide useful insights.
In This Role, You'll Get To
- Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and colleagues to understand business needs and support talent priorities, including critical capabilities, talent pipelines, organizational structures, and performance.
- Help drive the ongoing performance management process by coordinating key activities, supporting HRBPs and managers, monitoring progress, and helping ensure the process runs effectively and consistently.
- Use people and business data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities, track outcomes, and develop practical insights for relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and share analysis on talent priorities, including:
- Talent pipelines, succession considerations, and development needs for important roles
- Performance management outcomes and trends
- Workforce and demographic patterns that affect future capability and organizational effectiveness
- Support the design, improvement, and delivery of talent practices and tools, helping translate broad requirements into clear, practical processes.
- Facilitate talent and performance discussions with HRBPs and business leaders, bringing relevant data and structure to support fair, evidence-based decisions.
- Help develop practical guidance, tools, and ways of working that support more consistent talent processes and reduce unnecessary complexity.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in talent management, organizational performance, or people operations within a multinational organization.
- Undergraduate degree from a top university expected, advanced degrees welcome
- Strong project management experience with proven ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results on time.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution
- Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support the development, implementation, and coordination of multiple initiatives that contribute to business goals, supported by clear measures of progress and impact.
- Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
- It’s not a must, but it would be great if you have expertise in areas such as succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, talent assessment, career frameworks, organizational design, workforce planning, or people analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to lead critical conversations is paramount.
- Ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approach to prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
- Utmost discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment, display humility and flexibility.
- Excellent judgement, self-motivated, curious, and trustworthy
- Strong interest in and practical capability with AI, combined with curiosity, a continuous learning mindset, and a drive to improve how work is done through thoughtful experimentation and innovation.
- Flexibility and a sense of humor are a must
