About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to help deliver innovative share plan and reward solutions for multinational clients. In this role, you'll lead projects across the full lifecycle of global equity programmes, supporting design, implementation, governance and compliance, while collaborating with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax.

You'll be part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals based in the UK, US and Australia, supported by in-country specialists across more than 70 jurisdictions. Our structure removes traditional silos, enabling seamless international collaboration, knowledge sharing and client service delivery.

What You'll Do

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and Tax teams to design and implement processes supporting equity administration, reporting and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient share plan solutions.

Client Delivery & Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients, managing project plans, deliverables and service quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.

Compliance & Risk Oversight

• Support the development of governance frameworks, controls and documentation for global equity programmes.
• Oversee compliance requirements, including annual reporting obligations and cross-border regulatory considerations.

Equity Programme Management

• Advise on the design, implementation and operation of global share plans and executive compensation programmes.
• Monitor market developments and emerging regulatory requirements to help clients maintain competitive and compliant programmes.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, technical review and knowledge sharing.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team environment.

Insights & Analytics

• Support the development and interpretation of dashboards, analytics and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, costs and market trends.
• Translate data into practical recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential

• 10+ years' experience in equity compensation, share plans, executive reward, global mobility tax, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-jurisdictional share plan implementation and compliance programmes.
• Strong project management, client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with equity administration platforms and related payroll, HRIS or finance integrations.
• Professional qualification preferred, such as CEP, ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, ICAEW, ICAS, or equivalent.

Desirable

• Working knowledge of the tax and payroll implications of equity awards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS 2 and share-based payment reporting requirements.
• Experience advising multinational organisations on reward strategy, governance and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting, visualisation or analytics tools such as Power BI.
