Junior Sales Support Specialist
Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
Role scope: Provides administrative and operational support throughout the pre-sales process, enabling Sales Specialists to effectively convert leads into sales.Key
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the regional sales team
- Administrative support in planning trade shows, customer visits, and internal sales meetings
- Handle incoming account managers queries, provide follow up on documentation, samples and deliveries
- Admin & ops support
- Maintain and update systems ensuring data accuracy and customer records.
- Support customer First order, pricing, quotations, contract, and follow-ups
- Act as the liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Application Support and Customer Care Teams
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and market analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulations base on central function support
- Support new customer onboarding processes by coordinating internal setup (pricing, master data, logistics preferences) and ensuring smooth handover to customer care
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or a similar commercial/operational role and bachelor’s degree in Sales/ Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
- Good understanding of sales processes, including quotations, pricing, contracts, order processing, and customer onboarding
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and with multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel; ability to work with sales data and reporting
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset, with good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership
