The Change Management Department is responsible for continually helping individuals impacted by systems or process changes be successful by implementing a systematic change management approach, building support, addressing resistance and developing the required knowledge and ability to implement the change. We help them make successful transitions resulting in changes that are thoroughly and smoothly implemented with lasting benefits.
Position Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that includes developing change, communications and training content in addition to delivering training for a diverse range of system / process implementations and user groups. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated recent experience in this area or in a similar area in the context of process, technology and organizational change.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to conduct needs assessments to customize change, communications and training plans that reflect employee needs and project specifics
- Building and implementing solutions using dynamic digital adoption tools
- Building comprehensive process maps and communicating artifacts with a focus on user impact leveraging a range of solutions like Visio, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint videos and others
- Developing, maintaining and updating training and learning materials, including e-learning videos, training guides and quick reference cards, throughout project lifecycles and post-implementation
- Researching and testing new technologies and processes to create relevant learning materials
- Problem solving technical issues and coordinating with vendor support
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Instructional Design, Communications or Organizational Change is preferred)
- 3+ years of direct relevant experience
- Experience with digital adoption tools (WalkMe, SharePoint and Vyond) is a plus
- Familiarity with implementing a range of change management assets in a finance context is a plus
- Experience with design, user experience and learning management systems is a plus
- Background in technology services and support a plus
- Delivery oriented with high-quality customer service standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Must be motivated by a fast paced, complex environment and comfortable learning new technologies quickly
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI-generated outputs
- Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture

Compensation & Benefits
For Illinois Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $80,000 to $120,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
